This blog is basically just a collection of my "random thoughts". I must warn you, though. I have been told that "I write like I talk", so if you don't understand what you are reading... chances are, if you met me... I wouldn't make much sense to you! Feel free to comment if you care to. Or not. I'm good either way!

No. I'm not jealous at all.

Number 35 (click on it to read) on my Bucket List is Attend a UGA game. It's not a high priority bucket list item, but it IS something that I would like to do someday. WELL.... Ashley (Dtr. #1) got to go a few weeks ago and now..... **sigh** ..... David (Hubby) gets to go. Ashley was invited by a friend who was given tickets and now David was invited by a friend (not the same friend) that was given tickets, as well.

I guess it's not my time yet. Maybe, someday, a friend of mine will be given tickets to a game and invite me to go. Meanwhile, all I can say is..... GO DAWGS!!!

No. Really. I hope David has a great time at the game and it is the experience that he is hoping for.

Number 21 & Number 37 are two other things on my Bucket List. They have to do with going to Nashville. My friend, Valerie, gets to go to the CMA (Country Music Association) awards this coming Wednesday night.

Again.... I am not jealous at all.

It is just something that I would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to do!!!!! I love country music and I love Nashville. She is a lucky girl to be going to that award show!! I hope that she has the time of her life!

Bucket List #37-39

#37 --- Visit Nashville again with Hubby, stay downtown and check out the nightlife --- We went, as a family, to Nashville back in April of 2005. We stayed near the Grand Ole Opry, but not downtown. We went to the Grand Ole Opry, The Country Music Hall of Fame, The Opryland Hotel, and walked around downtown Nashville... in the daytime. We also took a tour of Country Music Stars homes! That was a blast for the girls and I, but poor Hubby didn't enjoy it so much. His motion sickness got the best of him!! -- NOT GOOD! All in all, it was a great trip... but, I would love to go back with just Hubby and stay in the downtown area and check out the nightlife there, like "Tootsie's"!!! Maybe we'd get lucky and someone famous would just walk in and start singing! I hear that stars do that all the time!

#38 --- Visit Las Vegas and ride the roller coaster on top of the building --- I have always heard so many people say that Las Vegas is an awesome place to visit whether you gamble or not. (We don't!) I want to go not only to check it out and see the sights, but I want to ride the roller coaster that is on top of one of the buildings there! It is on top of the "Stratosphere". I LOVE rollercoasters and I'm not really afraid of hights. So, for me, this would be the ultimate rollercoaster to ride! I've posted two photos here. Check them out!

#39 --- Ride a zip-line across a beautiful countryside --- Like I said before... I am not afraid of heights, so as long as I was strapped in real good... I think this would be a blast!! I want to do it over a beautiful area, tho. Hawaii would be a beautiful place to do it!

Bucket List #19-21

I am a day late posting these next three. Sorry about that! I got interrupted and had to wait until today to finish! ~ Enjoy!

#19 --- Camp at least one night in every state --- I'm not so sure that this is going to actually happen.... but, hey... I can still dream about it! Ya see.... Hubby and I used to talk about traveling all over the country while towing a 5th wheel (a VERY large camper, for those of you that don't know!), but now I'm not so sure that he's still wanting to do that. His thoughts on camping have changed a bit. I still think that this would be a blast to do, but I can't do it by myself!

#20 --- Go camping in NC and go white water rafting as family. --- Now... THIS we CAN do with the "pop-up" camper that we have now! I have only been white water rafting one time and LOVED IT! I went with our church youth group to the North Carolina mountains for a youth retreat and while we were there, we went rafting. We went down the Nantahala River. It wasn't really rough until the end, but it was great fun! Dtr. #1 was with me. Hubby & Dtr. #2 have never been. I think it would be so much fun to do it as a family!

#21 --- Attend the Country Music Festival in Nashville with my girls --- This is something that my girls and I have always wanted to do!! It looks like so much fun! We would stay in downtown Nashville and go to all the concerts that we could! We would stand in lines to meet our favorite singers and hopefully even get to attend some fan parties, too! Yes, it would be crazy! And yes, it would be wild! But.... FUN!!!
