I am a Georiga girl, born and raised! I was born in Columbus, Georgia but grew up in the eastern suburbs of Atlanta. Thirty four years later, due to my husband's job... I was surprised to find myself back in the Columbus area. We've been here 13 years now, and have really enjoyed it.
My husband and I have been married for 25 years. We met when I was a senior in high shool and he was a freshman in college. We married in 1985 and by 1991, we had two beautiful daughters. They are now 23 & 19.
I am a Christian and I love the Lord and try to put Him first in everything that I do. I have a wonderful church that I am very involved in. Right now, I
I have had many jobs throughout my life and most of them have revolved around teaching children. I have worked in the "Daycare" field. I have been a teaching assistant at an elementary school and I have also taught preschool. Other jobs that I have had include... a merchandiser for a greeting card company, a unit leader in the records dept of an insurance company, and a church secretary. Right now, I am a teaching assistant at my church's preschool. I work with 3 & 4 year olds.
I have two Golden Retrievers that are INSIDE dogs! What was I thinking??? One is 8 years old and one is 10 months old.
Things that I enjoy are --- spending time with my family, board games, watching TV (Reality shows, mostly!), camping with my family & friends, shopping for bargains, traveling, big dogs, blogging, reading, and being lazy whenever I can! :)
