Thursday - 9/11
We visited a nearby farm called "Julep Farms".
BEAUTIFUL place!! But... VERY EXPENSIVE!!
CRAP!! I listed these in the wrong order again!! UGH!!! Please go to the bottom and scroll up.
We proudly flew our American Flag!! (and also our No Shoes Nation flag!)
They had two miniature horses, as well! So cute!
I didn't even see this sweet kitty until David pointed him out to me! He was napping in the flowers! He never even budged when we were there. We had to check to make sure he was breathing!! LOL!!
I was hesitant to pet him because I didn't want to disturb him, but he didn't mind. He barely even opened his eyes. ;)
They had chickens, too and sold fresh farm eggs!
This garden was so BEAUTIFUL!
Games area next to the barn and garden
The silo
Pumpkins at the barn
These two sheep were in the pasture with the dogs!
The two sweet farm dogs! The one with the black on it was named, Lucy. I didn't get the other one's name. They were both very sweet and VERY furry!
A look from the main building towards the pond, garden and barn
Beautiful boardwalk from the patio area towards the back of the farm
Sitting outside on the deck, looking out over the east side of the farm at the mountains
I ordered a Mint Julep from the bar. This is there signature drink. It was quite potent! (and expensive!)
These dainty little vases caught my photographers eye as they sat upon the piano
Looking from the bar at the restaurant
Pumpkins for sale as you walk in.

Driving into the farm
Later in the morning, we drove over to Julep Farms, just down the road.
I loved painting outside under this beautiful tree at our campsite!
